3. Get customer approval on the final product


Our After-sale Service is as follows:

1. Give feedback within 24 hours - test reports will be delivered to the customer within one week
2. For any necessary changes - we will deliver improved products within four week timeframe
3. When required - we will provide information and training on our battery technology
4. When required - we will perform customer surveys every 6 months
